Personal History:

 

Bill was born and raised in Polk County, attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Spanish. He participated in FSU’s inaugural exchange program in Costa Rica in 1980 and 1981 and is fluent in Spanish. He went on to become a vice president and commercial banker with a national bank, a financial officer with a regional construction and trucking company, and a general manager of a leading fluid technology company. He has dealt with and analyzed a broad variety of business and legal issues in each of these roles. It is this background and experience that informs his practice of law and delivering quality legal services for every client.
